		<description>Description
The Food Agency is a creative agency that focusses on healthy food concepts. They have developed a marketing concept around a new healthy drink that contains almost all vitamins and fibres.

Challenge
The challenge was to have our creative network come up with different creative designs for a logo and in line with the identity a shrink sleeve design for the bottle. 

Approach 
Since there was limited budget, we asked the designers to come up with minimal ideas and concepts and the winner would receive a contract for 1.250 euros. 

Results
There was an incredible enthusiasm for the briefing, generating over 10 designs in 2 weeks. The 6 best design have been sent to The Food Agency for review. After review TFA chose one of the designers to receive the contract for further production.

Egg is a multi-sports and highly customizable helmet for children that is as fun as it is safe and comfortable. Egg Helmets are for kids between the ages of 4 and 12 with adult sizes soon to be introduced. The helmet can be endlessly personalized through Skins, printed elastane fabric helmet covers, and add-ons, soft rubber snap-on accessories. 

Egg has asked Edge Amsterdam to help them with their communication towards the target group. What social media, PR and guerrilla activities can Egg undertake when launching?

Description
60 Layers of Cake is a collaborative creative agency based in Amsterdam. They could pitch for the African market of a worldwide beer brand. The brief was to re-establish this beer brand in the difficult African market.

Challenge
Bring a team of 10 creative talents together in the offices of 60 layers of cake within 2 days and create in a span of 3 days creative concepts for this briefing.

Approach
We contacted some of our creative ambassadors in the Netherlands on Friday and presented them with the opportunity to do this briefing at 60 Layers of Cake. By Monday we had 10 creative talents in the offices of 60 Layers of Cake.

Results
By involving them in the pitch and let them have time of the creative directors we were able to pull out 7 creative concepts by Tuesday evening. The concepts were reviewed by South African creative directors of the local 60 Layers office before they were presented to the client. It generated creative ideas and fresh insights for the creative direction.

The Creative Sessions is an initiative of Edge Amsterdam and Conspiracy Concepts. In our day to day work we saw the need for Creative Sessions at all levels. There is a big gap between finishing a creative education and starting a job in the “big, angry” world.
With The Creative Sessions we want to bridge that gap. We want to be of true value for the creative industry by educating better creative talents, connect them with creative professionals and solve not only brand issues but also social issues. Issues that concern the greater good.

We saw the need for young creative talents to come in contact with experienced creative professionals. They may learn from them, learn planning a creative career, how to tackle briefings in the right way and how to best handle clients. The goal is to become a better creative and receive answers to questions like what to do when a client says no or how do you do your own marketing and sales if you are going to freelance?

With The Creative Sessions we hope to answer these questions or at least give a shot in the right direction.

GDR Creative Intelligence is a London-based research consultancy that specialises in identifying innovation in design with a focus on the retail and hospitality industries. They publish an exclusive trend research publication - the Global Innovation Report - every three months, which documents their latest research findings and trend analysis. 

Their July issue was about consumer trends, the consumer is the trend and crowdsourcing. That is why they asked Edge to take care of the crowdsourcing project for them. Other agencies that have been asked to design the cover are Wieden + Kennedy Tokio, Anomaly, Hatch San Francisco and many more.

The Dutch World Cup bid has failed to bring the organisation of the 2018 World Cup to the Netherlands. The development and construction of the stadiums that were planned has been stopped. However, one municipality in the Netherlands decided to investigate if a new stadium would still be possible. Our client Van Dooren Advies was requested by the municipality to research options for the financial structure of the new stadium.

However, according to Van Dooren, the financial process is preceded by another process, namely a creative one: What requisites does the stadium of the future contain? What does a stadium of the future look like and what is the social function of a stadium?

Van Dooren has initiated an assignment with Edge Amsterdam to find innovative ideas and designs from a younger group of architects and designers, but with the focus on quality. Underneath you can find some creative concepts that were uploaded. The winner has yet to be decided.

Eneco wants to engage more in 1-on-1 client relationships. This means connecting as much fans as possible by offering them relevant content and keep the fans connected on a regular basis on Facebook.

More and more people are active on social networks to share information and experiences and an increasing number of people use Facebook as a communication channel. Eneco believes that the future is on Facebook. Not only for the increasing number of users, but as well the better possibilities for brands to express themselves on Facebook. Eneco views Facebook as an important medium to connect and bond with their consumers. 

The objective is to increase the number of fans for Eneco on Facebook by designing social media concepts. 

The winning concept by the  "Gebroeders Janssen" is currently in the development phase. We will post it online as soon as possible.

Cola is usually placed in the regular softdrink category. It has a mass use and everybody drinks it from time to time. Besides regular sodas like Cola there are other soft drinks with a more sophisticated taste like tonic, cassis and bitter lemon. These soft drinks are often consumed less but by people who look for more refinement and refreshment. 

What if this target group was suddenly exposed to a new sort of cola? A cola not based on the standard formula but one that can be seen in communication as well in ingredients as a more sophisticated softdrink.

Consultancy Innoa (strategy and innovation consultants) has been looking at the emotions and values that belong to a sophisticated cola. The ideas and concepts were generated during a workshop at our office in Amsterdam and later adapted for presentation by Marc Platschorre.
